uaru amphiacanthoides orange. Has anyone ever heard of this particular sp. of Uaru. I found it on Africa Exotic imports.

Yup :) In my opinion that is the more common of the two I know of :) the ones I seen in person a few months ago were Orange :)

that is incorrect... the orange seem to be a color morph they are very hard to get/find

in uaru amp you have the regular (tan to olive green color ) then their is also an orang one that is the holy grail of uaru amp

then you have the Uaru fernandezypezi which are also very difficult to get and extreamly difficult to keep.

if you can get some orane ones get them and PM me where to get them !!!!!!

I seen Orange ones :) So I guess I was lucky :) I thought they were only orange.. And actually Amp period is in my opinion not as rare as Frend:)

But either way they are nice.

i'd like to see pics of U. amph "orange". btw, do they occur in nature?

the only pics i have seen were on the uaru forum. which no longer is around
and i think it does occur in nature.

the pic on tuic is a regular one. it looks just like mine but is more mature
