Uaru getting large

they will get up to 12" (most don't) usually around 8-9"

yours is growing fast !!!! and looks good.

Lookin great! Congrats on the color change!! Get it some kelp!! You can get pieces of it at PetSmart, you just clip it to the side of the tank, and they will love it!! ;)

That blue gravel is a nice touch as well... :ROFL:
 
glad he's doing well they normally tend to pine on their own,if you have room for a couple more i would get some,they can make 18" in the wild but you will prob never get one that big in a tank 10"-12" is more normal and they do like alot of plant food
 
get rid of the parrots and get him some freinds

uaru.a and uaru.f are both great fish but need to be kept in groups
