Since today my Uaru has swollen lips. I noticed it lunch time. So i see it now progressing. I went over the forum topic but i think nothing fully matches with the current state of my fish. Water params are stable, i made a change of 30% today. Attached pictures.

What do you think, is this from a fight in the aquarium or a disease that has to be cured ?

It does look like duck lips. Would start some kanamycin and furan2. Add salt at 1tsp per gallon. Hope for the best.

The main issue is that here in Europe will be hard to find furan2 and kanamycin. Basically i have few brands at my disposal like JBL, Sera and Seachem to bye medication from. Do you know something suitable from their product list?

P.S. Kitchen salt or sea salt?

Can use salt that doesn’t have iodine in it. I believe sea salt also is included with this.

Would suggest finding some broad spectrum antibiotics for gram negative coverage and hope for the best.
