Frankie Edgar Vs. Gray Maynard - Ok, I'm a big Edgar guy, and I did think he would beat Penn, but we all know this is a sport of matchups, and I just dont like this one for Frankie. I expect Gray to do exactly what we all expect Gray to do, and that is to grab Edgar and take him down, for 5 rounds. There will be plenty of booing, but Gray will win, and until someone stops him, I wouldn't worry about the boo's. I dont think Gray is that great of a fighter, but with this matchup, he is good enough to win.


Chris Leben Vs. Brian Stann - I'm going to take Leben, just because I think you should always take Leben unless he is fighting one of the top 5 at that weight. I don't think Stann is that.


Brandon Vera Vs. Thiago Silva - I still hold out hope for Vera, so like a sucker I'm going to take him here. This is the battle of the, "just not quite committed enough to be great" guys, and I'll take Vera's aloofness(word?) over Thiago's belly.


Nate Diaz Vs. Dong Hyun Kim - Everyone is going with Guida/Gomi for FOTN, and with good reason, but this one might be better. I'm taking Kim to wear down Diaz.


Clay Guida Vs. Takanori Gomi - Should be really good. I don't trust Gomi's cardio, and I certainly trust Guida's, give me Clay.


Marcus Davis Vs. Jeremy Stephens - I like Stephens here, and it could be ugly.


Phil Baroni Vs. Brad Tavares - Yeah, I'll take whoever is fighting Baroni.


Mike Brown Vs. Diego Nunes - I am a little excited about seeing Brown in the UFC, so I'm rooting for him.
 
I like your picks as well. I hope Vera can get his act together, he showed so much potential early on.
 
Maynard by decision.
Leben by 3rd round KO.
Thiago Silva by 1st round KO.
Nate Diaz by decision.
Cant really predict the Gomi/Guidar fight =/ but i hope Gomi wins by a KO.

Evenly matched, But Soto for this fight.

This is a pretty good fight line up and a great start for UFC. This is a PPV I would most defiantly pay for.

This was a good card, with the only drawback being the draw, at the end.

I thought Frankie won that fight. He got dominated in the third, but I think you can make a case that he won every round after that.
