Junior Dos Santos vs. Shane Carwin - I think JDS is likely 1a or 1b in the heavyweight division with Cain. So, naturally I'm taking him here. I think Carwin is a decent fighter, and has a ton of power, but JDS also carries power and has precision that is unmatched at this weight. Carwin has also shown to fatigue, and while he can dish it out, also takes punches, and I don't think he will be able to shake JDS's off.
JDS first round TKO.

Kenny Florian vs. Diego Nunes - Rooting for Florian, good guy for MMA. I hope this weight works for him, but I have this feeling that 155 is really where he belongs.

Demian Maia vs. Mark Munoz - Really looking forward to this fight. I am a big Munoz guy, and he has really improved his game as of late, and a win here could put him smack in the contender discussion.

Donald Cerrone vs. Vagner Rocha - Cerrone has a big name, but hasn't shown me much of late, we'll see if he can get a nice win.

Yves Edwards vs. Sam Stout - Love Stout, think he is just better than Edwards at this point.

Mike Massenzio vs. Krzysztof Soszynski - K-Sos!!!

I'm watching right now. Carwin all the way. If he didnt tired out in the second round of the Lesnar fight he would be the champ right now.

JDS pounded out a bloody unanimous decision victory...now, on to Velasqez.

this card turned out really good, much better than expected
i knew junior would win, i just didn't think it'd go to the decision. i thought the fight could've been stopped in the first round though, herb dean was very close to stopping it

on the main card, all the people i predicted to win won. looks like kenny will most likely be next for aldo. that was a good fight with nunes, but what won kenny the fight was his cardio. nunes was too fast for kenny but when he slowed down, kenny took over

cerrone jacked that guys leg up man, that was brutal. he was disappointed in himself but i think he fought a great fight

I like both maia and munoz but i was rooting for munoz. i feel he won the decision but it was close. funny how a really good wrestler and a really good bjj guy pretty much fought a striking fight. both guys continue to show improvement
