Wow...Not a really good line up of fights/fighters. But, It should be a night of surprises.

Brandon Vera vs. Jon Jones - I had Vera picked on my fantasy card, then I went back and took Jones. I think that if Vera is motivated, and he works hard through the fight, he can beat Jones, but I don't know if that will happen. Jones is strong, and fast, and I just think that if Vera tries to take some time off in the cage, Jones will make him pay.

Junior Dos Santos vs. Gabriel Gonzaga - This fight is dumb. Dos Santos is going to steamroll Gonzaga, and prove that there was no reason to even have this fight. Dos Santos is a top level guy, Gonzaga is a gatekeeper, barely. I just hope they don't put Cain and Dos Santos together before Cain gets a shot at the title.

Cheick Kongo vs. Paul Buentello - I'll take Kongo here because he is due to win a fight now. Kongo will beat these types of guys, then as soon as people get excited and they give him a real fight, he wets the bed. TKO for Kongo here, enroute to another loss vs. the loser of Mir/Carwin, or maybe Dos Santos.

Alessio Sakara vs. James Irvin - Toss up. Haven't seen Irvin in a while, and Sakara is always dangerous. I'm going with Irvin, but this can go either way.

Clay Guida vs. Shannon Gugerty - Clay needs a win bad, and he'll get it here, but I think everybody pretty much knows what Clay is now, and unfortunatley, it's not good enough to be anywhere near the top of the 155 class.

Eliot Marshall vs. Vladimir Matyushenko - I like Marshall here, but he better be careful not to spend too much time on the ground, because Matyushenko can wear you out.

Brendan Schaub vs. Chase Gormley - Shaub might win this because he is more talented, but I'm just hoping he comes to the realization, and soon, that he needs to drop weight. He could be a good 205er, but he won't have much success as a heavyweight.

Mike Peirce vs. Julio Paulino - Mike Peirce is pretty good, I think he'll win here, and open up some eyes that he may be a contnder at 170 with a little more time.
