Its late, I used search, didn't come up with anything (probably searched wrong) What do you guys Recommend for minimum tank size for LMB?
And Can, LMB, Rock Bass, and Perch, co hab?

Also, how big do Northern Pike get on average? is a 240 to small for one?

I would go with atleast a 180 for a bass. They get rather large...don't low ball it.

for the pike i have heard of them being close to 5' in the wild and captivity, but for everything else i would say the 240 would be fine

I would say you need a 12 x 4.5 foot tank. IMO the tank should be 4x the length of the largest fish, and the width should be 1.5x the length of the largest fish.

i wouldnt go less then 30" wide for a LMB (they still might outgrow that) and i keep mien with rockbass and have no problems with them i have kept them with yellow perch but they grow ALOT faster then them and the perch will soon become food.

LMB can get up to 3 ft. Yes, that's not necessarily true of every bass, but you never want to figure permanant housing based on the hope that your fish won't get very big.

I'd say 6 foot tank at the least (I would personally go with 8ft or more), at least 2.5 ft front to back (bass aren't flexible at all). Height isn't a huge issue, but bass WILL try to jump out, and I'd assume a large bass could break glass or open a hood if you don't have it on it.

You can get a tank 72x30x25high and that's the min. I would personally choose for permanent housing.

With all the fish combined this is going to be pushing it though since you might have territorial issues.

No a 240g isn't big enough for a fullgrown pike.
