dog just decided to relieve herself on my bed for no reason, i used this fabric refresher stuff and water, is there anything else i should do?

wash the mattress well with soap and water
then wash well with vinegar to help remove the smell

I discussed this with a few members in AC. Apparently, the smell may not be removed at all but try the other suggestions. They suggested replacing the mattress if all else fails.

Once you get a mattress wet it is a bio hazard...Get a new mattress...You should always have a plastic cover for these reasons...I would sleep on the floor until I had a new mattress.

Plastic? It sounds uncomfortable to even sleep on it. The idea of the mattress is to give comfort while you sleep. Plastic feels cold. How about barricading the dog from entering the bedroom?

It's thin and has a high silicone base...You still put your sheet on top just the same...You don't even notice it. People with high allergies should have this too........
