Uh... Definitely not good... Help?

So my African arowana seems fine but this definitely isn't normal. And I never saw this before... I just did a water change.. And I don't remember African arowanas being proned to constipation. After te water change I saw this ... It has an extremely long string of poop. Is this bad?

If it is brown, like it looks in the photo, it's just a long poop.

Yeah.. I've never seen it poop like that... Maybe I stressed it after the water change and it pooped like that. But I also just put it in a bigger tank
