So I was working on getting a window tint background on my 29 growout tank, and a little bit of the attachment solution got in the tank
Literally just a drop from the sponge I was applying it with but it still got in
I drained the tank, pulled all the fish, moved the tank and put my background on while the tank was empty, put everything back in
The solution is just water and sodiumdodecylbenzenesulfonate
I couldn't find much on it in regards to fish but what I did find was it acts as a detergent and messes with their ability to filter toxins with their gills
It was probably about 1 ml or two in the 29 and the were exposed to it for no more than 5 minutes
Will the fish be fine if anyone knows?
