hey guys i did a water change and when i looked in my tank the whole inside was covered in tiny bubbles, all four sides of the tank. the filter, the gravel, plants etc.. im not worried about it or anything its just bubbles but theyve been there a good 10 hours now when i tap the glass none go away but if i put something inside the tank and touch the bubbles they go to the surface what is this from??? ps i have no fish in there right now "DONT TAP THE GLASS":WHOA:

It's just oxygen bubbles from your tap water. It's ordinary, happens to me every water change. Definately nothing to get excited about.

same for me too, like Druu said, thats what I do

It happens because the tap water is under pressure in the water mains, so it can hold more dissolved gas. When you get it out the tap and into the tank the extra gas has to go someplace.. it makes little bubbles on everything.

Same principle as bubbly wine or a bottle of soda.

It will go away after a while, just like your soda will go flat in your glass.

Cheers

Ian
