Hey guys I recently bought a 3" Umbee cichlid for my 250 gallon tank. I have the following in my tank already.
* 7" Polleni
* 6" Vieja Fenestratus
* 2 5" bay snook
* 2 5" silver sharks
and a small green texas, green terror and synspilum all under 3".

Question is will any of these fish survive with the Umbee in the tank and if so for how long?

Thanks

Yes they will probably survive untill the umbee gets bigger and starts maturing..... Once he hits 12" all the other fish are done..... Remember umbees get big....

I'm friends with a guy in Seattle who has a 1,000 gallon tank (about 10 X 4 X 4) and tried a pair of umbee, pair of festae, and pair of pantostictus. The male umbee killed the female festae, male pantosticus, and mauled the male festae almost to death. So now it's a 1k gallon tank with a pair of umbee and a female pantosticus. And this was without the umbee's breeding.

I thought in his last video he had added a variety of smaller fish maybe 8 or so and things were working out at that point. The others were 10" guessing from the video.

In my experience I'm going to unfortunately say no. My 12 inch female has the whole tank to herself. She is a killing machine and anything that hits the water will be lunch if she can fit it into her mouth. If she can't fit it into her mouth she'll beat it up until it can fit. I'm tempted to try a pleco with her but she's messy enough as it is. I don't think the tank can take another poop machine.
