Umbee diet

Keeping a solo male umbee (6") this is his current diet; hikari cichlid gold, frozen krill, nightcrawlers, freeze dried crickets (hasn't touched one yet) and the occasional stink bug I find in my house. In the opinion of the umbee experts out there is there anything I should add/subtract from his diet?

long as the pellets his staple diet, looks fine to me, I would switch to freeze dried jumbo krill soaked over night in boyds Vite-Chem, once or twice a week, rather than frozen.

Boyds Vita-chem soaked freeze dried krill would do him a lot of good. My guy is about 10.5"-11".

Your diet is just fine. But i would probably had freeze dried or frozen blood worms
