Umbee emergency!!!!!

Hi my 16" Umbee is in a hospital tank being treated for hole in the head. I'm on the second dose of general cure and he is now lying on his side still breathing. When I move him with my hand he swims off for a Moment then back to his side. Could he be drowsy or is this a bad sign? What can I do? Thanks

The fish dont lay on the side for having hole in the head. Was he like that before you treat or after? Hole in the head just needs clean water every 2-3 days water change. Idk about fish laying on the side for having hith

Unless he is talking about hexamita, sometimes called hole in the head?
If not maybe you od on mens, was the hospital tank cycled, how long have you had him and what tank was he in?
