Umbee Everything in One?

Do you think the umbee is everything in one package eg. big, aggressive, very outgoing, amazing blue coloration and personality galore, the perfect wetpet? I know lots of cichlids are big bad and have personality but how many of them hide in rocks alot.

I guess we all have opinions but i am sold on my umbee already cant wait untill he is fully grown.

Yes sorry i do realize here is some photos taken today, he is only 2.5 inches long TL but eating like a pig and growing at a nice rate.

Umbees are a joy to have. They are very late bloomers and they will only look better and better everyday. My umbees are glass bangers and they respond to me way better than my dovii/jag
 
I do agree with you, I wanted some for years but didn't have the tank space
But Nov of last year I took the plunge and was lucky enough to buy a large amount( 50 + ) of fry from freshwaterpredators and have been loving Umbee ever since!
I had a hard time deciding which ones I am going to keep for myself ( look at freshwaterpredators pair and you'll understand :) ) they are full of freckles and presonality ! the male Umbee I decided to keep (I call him Sgt. Rock ) when he was 4.5 inches he actually would chase my 6.5 jack dempsey all over the tank to the point to where I had to take the dempsey out of the tank !

I don't have any Unblurry pics of them yeet but I will try to get some good pics soon , going to be making a forsale add really soon to get rid of all the extras :-)
