I.E.--they are probably all girls. If they were boys, he'd be asking a mint.

IE, that's not the case like I said really it is very hard to tell at this size you can only take good guesses we think there are 2-3 males and 2 females based on shape

A 5" umbee can't be accurately sexed, period. If you know little to nothing about umbees, why make remarks regarding their sex? In a group of 5 fish, you have a 99% chance of getting a male.
30$ is a good price for any umbee, whether it be male or female; perhaps you should look at Jeff Rapps' or other breeder's stock lists and inform me of how much a 2" umbee costs. Let me know if you ever see them over 4".
FYI- Bastardfish owns a large male umbee, I think he knows what to look for when "guessing" what sex an umbee is.
