Yea, its been a while.

Things are good here. got another year and 1 more deployment to do in the Marines. No fish or animals now but that will change as soon as i get out. The King must return

Still rolling with the bodybuilding gig. Havent done a show yet but its going to be another couple of years before i can.

Glad to see some of the old guys are still around. I miss this hobby.
