It was at elmers aquarium in Monroeville PA. Im not gonna complain. Its a solid 12" lap for 60. They have a 10" ornate for 110. They have a 6" weeksii labeled as a delhezi. They get cool bichirs in for a LFS, they just never know which one is which. I'll post an updated pic as he colors up.

I bought a baby palmas there, turns out he was a Senegal. They usually do have a nice selection, I haven't seen any bichirs over 4 inches when I was ever there. you lucked out.
