somewhere
Is it worth it using an undergravel filter for a salt aquarium?

it can be done with lots of live rock and a good skimmer more i personally recomend refugeiums what size tank are you planning

well, im making a bid on a 45 gallon tank on ebay pretty cheap that comes with an aquaclear 300 undergravel. I'm not to fond of undergravels so I was gonna go with a mix of live rock and hob power filters. I'm not to sure I have enough experience with salt to venture into refugiums.

a refugium was my first filter and all i will ever use again im still in the process of a article for MFK on them they are so simple to maintain mine all i did was check to make sure the light worked and every year you gotta change 50% of the mud if u dont go with one just make sure you get a good amount of live rock and get a filter/s that will really move the water and a decent skimmer

ill pm you to ask for details ;). Easier something is the better. :)
