So i have this very low grade ugly weird female flower horn that ive had forever that i just cant part with so shes my wet pet in my tank. this past weekend i aquired a large male cyano texas. handsome guy with goldish green spangles and nice hump. male is 6-7" female is about 5-6". well i did a water change today and bam they paired up and are cleaning a peace slate in a huuuge hole they dug up. the male is in full breeding dress its really nice. im very curious to see what these babies will look like. im expecting the eggs to be laid tomorrow. i will keep you all posted with picture updates. anyone have any ideas as to what the offspring might look like? the female as a dark yellow body with black stripes almost no flowering and bright red chest.

Well ive bred alot of species and for the first time ever i had clueless parents. the male ate the eggs as she laid them...wtf?! she laid hundreds of eggs and he just ate them. i took a cool video of it. u can see the eggs coming out of her tube and everything. really cool. ill see if i can post it.
