Unfaded Blood Parrot developing pearling

I have 2 BPs right now, The smaller one is almost complete with fading, and the bigger one isnt showing any signs of fading and is developing pearls. It started on it dorsal and tailfin and has spread a little on to his body and anal fin.
Has anyone seen this before?
