Unknown Beast Washes up on Russian Shores

I've always been a big fan of cryptozoology stuff, but I can't even guess what this is. Looks almost dog-like. It'd be nice to know how big it was.
 
My gf and I think it is some type of herbivore. I personally want to guess a sheep...
 
The article makes it out to be some great mysterious thing....It is obviously just some mammal that died, fell into the water, rotted a bit, then washed up to the shore.

Its like one of those long haired russian yaks. By looking at the teeth it looks to be an herbivore.
