This looks to me like one of the line bred pink Tilapines (African).
Probably Oreochromis mossambicus, or niloticus.
They are normally a golden tan or brown, with red or pink on the fins, and a black throat and other black highlights, similar to these Oreochromis tanganicae below

I kept the normal strain on and offf over the years, as far back as the 60s, the pink strain was developed to be more pleasing for dinner, they are the same as the Tilapia you see in the grocery store.
