Unknown fish

Hi I've received a video from my friend and I do not know what fish is in the video. I would really like to know what it is because it looks really cool. If anyone can give some pointers or knows the species that would be great!!!

Fin structure make my think it’s some sort of mormyrid. Weird fish... I’d very much like to find out.
