hey everyone I found this unknown slimy substance in my 220 tonight and I was wondering if anyone had seen anything like it? It is very light and mostly slime and as you can see pink.. I am just taking a shot in the dark here but I think it came from my Royal Clown knife, maybe he coughed it up?. he hasn't ate in a few days and has been acting kind of weird. I am going through a slight ammonia spike because I am trying to get my wet/dry filter to grow more bacteria. it is very slight and I am controling it with prime and seachem's ammonia remover and no other fish show signs of disstress. Give me some ideas here folks

forgot to mention it was sack like!

I don't feed beefheart. mostly krill, but suppliment with silversides and frozen fish pieces

nope no gum.. also this isn't the first time I've seen it in there either...

Any krill shells in in it?

nothing hard like shells. It is just like a dead jellyfish.. really weird
