Unknown parasite

I created a thread a little while back regarding a pimple like parasite on my choc cichlids caudal fin. I was told to use some iodine (of which I did) it seemed to have helped a little but then another pimple appeared. Now the first pimple is back as well and the fish is clearly irritated.

Peramiters are fine, temp fine, other fish are fine and feeding is fine!!

Any one know what this is?

Try using Prazipro or API General Cure. The iodine killed the single isolated anchor worm but there are obviously more.
