Unknown Plec in NZ LFS

Anyone recognise this one?

He is around 3" at the moment same as the Pitbull plec is his tank but staff didn't know what he is or when he arrived.. lol

He doesn't look like the BNs in the other tanks, totally different pattern and different colour as well as the different head shape but I don't know where to start with figuring out identification - sorry for the poor pics.

Pet Centre Upper Hutt, staff said that the usual fish guy might know what it is and that it probably arrived in the latest lot of fish.

They don't usually have big plecs but have what they are calling 'Albino Plec' at the moment but look like actually are Chocolate Albino plec? - Much bgger than they usually stock anyway

There are some "spotted bristlenose" floating around, fairly similar to L183 Ancistrus dolichopterus but without the big white band on the fin.
