Unknown plec

What is this thing?
I've looked everywhere, and can't find anything that looks quite like it.

In tank its pretty much the same.
A flat mud color, with a few yellowish bands you can barely make out.

You need to get better pictures, try for side, top and bottom pictures. My initial reaction was Pseudolithoxus based on the prickly'ness and curve of the pectoral fins but it could be so many others atm.

totally wrong coloring/patterning to be a dumas even out of the water.

Def not a pseudolithoxus as the head shape/slope is too wrong. A pseudolithoxus head shape will be more smoother and flatter than the specimen shown in the picture

BTW my first gut told me an L052 but I'm starting to doubt myself those days... so check out an L052 as I had one though my L052 was more flatter/wider than this fella though


the eyes just reminded me of the L052 by the way tho.
