unknown shovelnose

couple weeks back my LFS had a fish they called it a striped shovel nose
went home to find what it is, figured i buy it the next day after id was made
this fish was about 3" long still kinda see though my guess from googling was firewood cat brown and black but it had whiskers and tail extentions like tig
went back to get it but it was gone
what did i miss out on

If you have the tank for it i would be kickin myself to but it was 3'' hmmm might of been better that you didn't get it there getting pretty rare in the wild they are pretty over fished like alot of fish from the area there from plus its illegal to import fish that small atleast its illegal to collect them that small
