UNKNOWN SPINY EEL

Hi Guy's

I have been searching the web and come across this spiny eel which is hasn't been named and is classed as an Unknown species so i was wondering if it has been given a name and if anyone knew what it was called ?

Also the last pic is a pic of an unknown freshwater moray eel !

Looks like some kind of Macrognathus, maybe siamensis, if I should guess. Very nice spiny eel though

I believe that Hakon has nailed it, this one seems to be the Macrognathus siamensis, they are from South East Asia and reach about 12", they are one of the species sold as peacock eels.
