Unknown SW creature. Help?

I've been having a problem with these sand tubes showing up in my tank everyday, and I've finally found the culprit. But I have no clue with they are. They're small, about 1/10", and they're almost alien-like. They're like small yellow and pink worms with tons of tentacles. I have a picture of one, and a picture of the tubes. Can anyone tell me what they are?

sounds like some type of tube worm, which are filter feeders

They are tube worms and are good for your tank.

The tubes are loosely made of sand so they aren't tube worms or bristle worms.

i would get a fish to eat them to keep them in check. i have seen them under rocks and what not but never like that.
