I know most have seen the second half of this video before but I decided to do some editing with it and and stream the first half of the video together with the second half. I think it turned out pretty good. Let me know what you think. Drum roll please...

hmmm..that's odd. Does anyone know why I cant post a video the same way I would post a picture?

Cool Vid.....I've noticed something with wolves.....after watching alot of feeding vids, it seems for the most part that they prefer to swallow their food whole. it seems they wont shake it to tear chunks outta something unless it is absolutly necessary....the vids i have watched of redline snakeheads, they prefer to eat things in chunks unless it is really small. jus thought that was intersting....

That is true. The wolves will grasp onto their pray and situate the body that allows them to swallow it the easiest where as redlines will simply grasp onto their pray and shake to rip it apart, very similar to alligators. I mentioned in another thread that for an offense I think the snake head has a upper hand but the wolf is a very hardy (defensive) fish!

This guy didn't have anything positive to say about wolves  http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=211266

In a fight.....not tryna start a RIOT....it would jus come down to first bite....wolves are a tougher built fish as far as scales and armor....and they will shake if the item is large enuff.....i love both fish and personally wish us americans could own snakeheads.....and the guy in that thread.....jus needs to own the fish he likes.....no need to HATE a fish....lol...to each his own....

Yea, I'd love to have a nice 600 gallon to put a divider in so that I could have both of those fish.

thats cause wolf teeth are made to grip prey whereas GIANT snakehead teeth are more made for slicing.
if youve been bitten by both you'd know...

I was thinking the same thing, two different type of teeth. I hate to be bitten by either. I don't have my reds anymore but I remember the force they used to strike the net with during feeding. The wolves I have now hit their prey with such power and aggression it looks like they are pissed off at it. Nah, I'm gonna take your word too, channa.
