Hey guys!

So I got this driftwood and I think its a great piece but I guess im just not creative enough to have a visual image of it in my head. I would love to hear what you guys could visualize. All I got is sticking anubias to it lol. My tank is 5ft long and 18" wide. This wood is approx 2ft long and 12" wide. I just really like things simple and more of into low light hehe.

Thanks guys!IMG_20200601_160502.jpgIMG_20200514_181903.jpgIMG_20200514_181842.jpgIMG_20200514_181652.jpg

What I like to do is place the driftwood in the tank and then rotate or flip it around until you find a position that you like. Look at it for a few hours or a couple days, snap a pic or two of the various positions and then figure out what you like best.

You can always use super glue gel later on to attach plants.

BTW, nice piece of driftwood!

Yup. I have a giant chunk of waterlogged mopani wood I'm going to move for the third time. I think the center of the tank for sure if its going to be an eye catching feature.

Lool its been almost two weeks but it still wont sink. Any tips?

Hahaha damn! It really takes time I guess. Ive already boiled it for 2 days and theres a rock on top of it aswell. Ill get you guys posted

After two weeks finally. First pic or second pic? ? I have no idea what else to add in this tank hahaha. I dont think plants are a good idea aswell so I'm probably sticking to hardscape because the fahaka keeps pulling them out
