Can you take pictures up close enough to see it?

I had the same problem. Its a parasite worm. I tried taking a pic but they are very small too be observed on a photograph. :(

The remedy was to use panacur - c or fenbendazol. Its found in pet stores and is used in deworming canine's. I have heard that jungle parasite products work well. But they arent available where i am housed. And shipping it is just too pricey with customs and duties taxes :nilly:.

Anyway that apart

here is what i did.

Make sure you turn up the temp to 30 degree celcius, dont feed your FH a day ahead of starting the treatment.

Brought some shrimps from the LFS, cut them laterally and put the powdered fenbendazol inbetween the open cut of the shrimps and i let it dry for an hour.

After an hour i fed my FH the shrimps totally 6 of them. (Dosage wont do any harm.So dont worry of an over dosage). Make sure you don't feed anything during the day of the treatment. Do the above for the next 2 days.( 3 days of treatment in total).FEED ONLY ONCE DURING THE THREE DAYS.

Today was the first day of treatment for my female Kamfa. I see about 5 white worms lying at the bare bottom of the tank.

if the tank has been infested. do a 100% water change and clean everything with boiling water or a bleach or vinegar mixture.

It depends on what type of worms. Fenbendazole is a dewormer that is typically used for internal worms/nematodes.

If by chance these worms are anchor worms, the best way to treat them is with Dimilin.

Jumgle PC contains Dimilin, but it's basically a broad spectrum treatment for both internal & external parasites.

Once you have determined exactly what type of worms these are, only then can a correct treatment be suggested.

Problem is, I couldn't find any medication for internal/external parasite..
Is there any other way without medication?
Only 1 fh has it, the rest looks normal as of now..

Without a photo, it's almost impossible to say what you're dealing with?
Most "worm" type infections will require medication.
