Please Help, Does My Gulper Catfish have a bacteria/parasite on it

He is new and only in my system for 3 days. I don't think that is enough time for anything to occur on my end. Or if the Gulper simply has unique marks on it, scratches, hardened slim ect?

My new Gulper Cat has some odd white coloration along the topside of it's head. It's not stringy, or ick. It also has 1 large (maybe half the size of a penny) white spot behind his gill, and the same size spot behind it's dorsal. Are these just markings? And the white near the head. * I know he's a lil thin, I'm fattening him up currently. Like I said, I just picked him up. But as far as behavior goes, he's doing just fine, not lethargic or flashing at all.

here is 2 pictures * posted in catfishes as well but thought I'd get better overall viewing here.
Thanks guys just wanna make sure if something is wrong I can fix it ASAP.

I got home and the white looks like it moved/grew and shrunk in spots... what the heck could this be.

Could be fungus, usually from not enough wc, try changing the water 2x per week and it'll clear up in no time, also vac weekly

Hmm I've done plenty of wc. regularly . 50% a week. I have 2 other fish in the tank whose fine and been in there for months. Fungal infections typically dont happen in just a couple of days. I could be wrong. He's eating just find. It netted him and rubbed the white a lil with my finger. I seems to have somewhat lessened. I'm thoroughly confused.

So WC and pimafix?

Im wondering if he had it from the store and moving new environment + stress caused more? It actually lessened from me rubbing it

Thanks for the help. I plan on getting right on it if it's fungus.
