Polys regularly swim at the the top of the tank but are definitely healthy.i have an idea about why but not sure .anyone else seen this?

I've had them on n 3 tanks.all 3 have had oxygen I'm pretty sure and only the current tank has cover but they've been doing it since I got them two years ago.could it be that because I've grown them out in a tank with only them where they've felt safe at the surface and when I got other fish with them and got them a larger tank they either still feel safe doing it or forgotten that it could be potentially dangerous?
No one in the my area has seen them surface except when they have to take a breath.

Not ungrateful though. I'd never considered those.I'm not home for the next few weeks but when I get home I'll post a picture of my tank.
Always for more suggestions
Thanks

If they are CB, it's not uncommon for them to be very active and bold.

My CB delhezi and albino sens are fearless and are always swimming around all levels of the tank.

Nice user name lol
They could just be secure and comfortable in there environment. I have a few wc that are really active and always on the move. Also have an ornate that likes to perch high up in the tank.

It's normal. My wc sen is up on top quite a load!

Also, had no idea that that jaws7777 existed. When I created my account I'd just watched jaws and my b day is the 22
