up side down cat fish PLEASE HELPP

ok, so i have a five inch up side down cat and this 1 inch electric blue african cichlid is harrasing the hell out of him and he has developed 2 pensil eraser sized white bloches on his skin are thees just bite marks? or is it a parisite? PLEASE HELPP!

If you see the african attacking him, its most likely bite marks from him. Most african's have a sandpaper like teeth in their mouths to scrape the algae off rocks. I would separate them to give the catfish an opportunity to recover from the wounds and repair his slime coat. Is it only him and the african? Or is it an african cichlid community tank?

I doubt he would be having much fun if the Electric Blue is picking on him all the time. It is probably a combination of stress and physical injuries, just separate the cat from the rest so he has relax and recover.
