I haven't made an update of my 'pets' for quite awhile. So here it goes:D

Below, is a photo of the black widow spiderlings (babies) I have been raising. There are still two more black widow egg sacs that haven't hatched yet, so I am going to have even more (400 extra). There is also two jumping spider egg sacs in this container, so I will have a handful. If you look closely you can see their underdeveloped hour-glass markings.

Below are some photos of my Festae juvenile(Amphilophus Festae). I think he has the potential, he is barely 2 inches.

Below, are some photo's of my fire bellied toads. They are a pair, hopefully I will be able to breed them sometime this fall.

A couple months ago I bought a little pacman frog (Horned Frog). He was the size of a quarter when I first got him. After a couple months and lots of insects(food)he is now a good size to take photos of. He is a voracious eater, will even try eating my finger.

Below are some photo's of my Woodhouse Toad Tadpoles. I had them since they were eggs. They now have tiny stubby legs.

Below are some photos of an adult female Woodhouse Toad. Had her since last year. She is almost 3 inches long, mostly because of her fat:). So the tadpoles above will turn into this...

That's it for today;). I might post some photo's of my dovii later on this thread, if he comes out of his cave.

To all of you who haven't seen my rat, here is a great video of him and his intelligence. He is a little too smart. He is litter trained, and never made a mess in my house.

I love your rat. Like, those videos you posted earlier were incredible.

Also, I totally got one of those Woodhouse toads from Petland Discounts when I was little. I immediately recognized it, and all these years I had no clue what species it really was. Not that I was up late at night worrying over it...

Did she eat the dad?

No. That almost never happens in captivity. The male always gets away in captivity because the female is well-fed. Even in the wild, the females usually let the male go unless they're starving.

I've bred widows more than 50 times, and every male got away safely.

^ thats interesting to hear... also never knew it was only the females that were dangerous... i thought the males also could pack a punch...
