Hey all, finally got the jardini back to 95% healthy...still slight angle at swimming at certain points. But for the most part he's good to go, eats good and can see as far as I can tell.

Some pix of him in a 55 gal, that I got a month ago and some tank mates. Yes the tank is cycled, because I took the tank back from my brother which he kept running for about 8 years, although I added new gravel, some driftwood.

This is his temporary home for now until the 125 g that I FINALLY GOT 2 weeks ago gets fully cycled, and when I finish do some touches to it. :naughty: I'll post the pics of the 125 with the diy stand and canopy in the photo lounge.

Very nice Jardini. Want one.

ohhhhhh very nice!!! kudos to you my friend for taking good care of this jardini!!! very nice job! oh and that last 2 shots of ur parrots is AWESOME MAN!!! nice shot! :headbang2

:D thanks for the comments.
Yeah, his right eye is still screwed..nothing can change that, but he does seem to be able to see from it. I forget where I read that this is a common thing for aro's when they get cloudy eyes and doesn't clear right away. That their pupil gets a lot smaller when the cloudy eyes clears up.

I must say, that it has been a long 2 months trying to get him back to health, and the best 20 bucks I spent getting him. :grinno:

Yeah, the tinfoil barbs so far have grown..got them when they were about 2 inches..and they're about 4-4.5"...bunch of pigs..they eat everything that goes into the tank.:naughty:

Not worried about them yet, as soon as my 125 is fully cycled, the jar will go in there. Not sure if I will put the tinfoils in, unless they get to about 8-10".

I love the color of the parrots..so vibrant orange. I hope they get big like some I've seen around..the size of a softball or grapefruit. :naughty:
