I thought i update you on my tortioses, i have 3 Hermans inwith my leopard i know its not good to mix them they have been together for nearly 3 months before i mixed them the leopard didn't eat much at all now he does they are doing excellent.

Ah the controversial mix...like my box turtle and BT skink lol.
I don't see a problem with that mix. I think it would be a bigger issue if they needed radically different environments, like a leopard and a redfoot...Both species like it hot and dry...Leo needs a bit more fiber in the diet is all.
The only thing I'd be concerned about is possible aggresion from the leo if it turns out to be a male...

thats great to hear,i dont remember why ppl were saying not to keep them together,maybe the size diference.I would think they would be fine if provided enough room.I know where they are coming from wanting to keep things together that would be a natural situation but you moniter their health and you can see if their are any problems brewing.Glad to hear they are doing good.Do they get out for sunlight much?
