Very nice, I can see a little kok forming. Looks like a hard kok. What size is he, I'm assuming it's a male. Is the tank background black or is that photoshop?

the settings used while taking the shot have created the black effect

its a little one, hence don't know whether its a male or a female, hardly 2.5"+

i use a nikon D40
one speedlite
the shutter speed was 80th of a second
and the Fstop was 16 or 18 don't remember
