I have not updated this tank since mid-December or so... I have trimmed the heard a few times since. In here are 3 Amarillos in the 3.5"-4.5" range, 3 Melenurus in the 2" range, a Festae 2", a male and female Salvinni at 2.5" and 2", a Trimac at 4.5", a Midas at 4.5", a Green Terror at 4", 2 Argentea at 3" and 3.5", a Jag at 4", a Bocourti at 5" and two catfish... Sun Cat at 3" and a possible White Catfish at 4" or close to it. I'll grow these guys for a little while then trim them down again...

Can anyone sex the Green Terror??

Looking good, that male Salvini looks great! Who's the most dominant in the tank?
 
Great setup. Hope to have a large CA tank like this someday, again. I would say the Green Terror is a female, based on the fins and body shape. Also, not sure that is a trimac, looks more like a flowerhorn without a flowerline, good looking fish though. and that Midas is gorgeous.
 
Thanks all. I was leaning towards female for the GT too. The Trimac I'm pretty sure is pure... I bought him from Dan at COA (actually three of them). I've bought Trimac from him a few years ago as well. The Midas is the boss right now, but the Trimac has been showing off to the Midas... kinda testing it, which is why the pink is bright... sadly its usually a bit more faded. The GT and Jag are right up there too... the Jag keeps to him self and no one messes with him, but the Trimac just recently took over the #2 spot from the GT. Not sure if the Midas is male or female yet?? Obviously the Trimac is male... I wonder if the Trimac has been showing off cause it took a liking to the Midas (if female of course). I hope not!! Anyway, thanks again!!
 
One more thing... I was looking locally for some Festae and another MFKer told me about this place here in Western New York. I took a lil drive and they had two left!!! I bought both for $6 each. One was 1" and the other was 2"... two days later, which was last week, I come down stairs to find the 4.5" Trimac with the 1" Festae's tail fin hanging out its mouth!! Took him a couple days to finish swallowing it... wtf!!! Now I only have the one and I sure hope it makes it... a few months ago I had four and they all died... just stopped eating, prolly IP. Not having any luck recently with Festae, lol.
 
Trimac with only the tail spot? Interesting. Anyways love the Argentea! I have a little 3 incher that refuses to grow!
 
Solid tank. Fish look great and happy. What kind of filtration are you running?
