Update on 480 gallon Motoro Breeding Systems

Spotfin asked for some photos of my stands. I thought this would be a good time to put up a few more pics of the setups. I've almost completed the cabinet work. I'm adding to the filtration on the tank on the right; the tank on the left if complete now.

Unfortunately it is hard to see the stand structure due to the cabinet facing. The tank on the left is on a stand built primarily out of 4x4's. The tank on the right is on a stand built with 2x6's and 2x4's. The 2x6 stand was much easier to build and is plenty strong (doubled up boards for added strength).

WOW Nice stuff , whare did you get the tanks. Just want to know becaus Im Very femiler with most, LFS around metro detroit. AGAIN NICE TANKS WOW!

I've had the bala sharks for a couple years now. They eat whole nightcrawlers.

I got the tanks from Atlantis Fish Shoppe on 14 mile in Clawson. They were made by Innovative Plastics in Grand Rapids. If you're looking for acrylic tanks in this area, talk to Dean at Atlantis. His contact at Innovative can get quotes on any size tank you need. I'm very happy with mine.
