Well I have some great news
My fish are doing MUCH better. I tried the hyposalinity and Seachems Paraguard. My fish are kicking ass!
In the past week they have gotten there appetite back, the white spots are alomost all gone and they are happier than ever. Especially my pufferm, he's out, swimming and begging for some shrimp. i figure i am gonna keep the salinity at around 1.018-1.019 for a few morw weeks and see how things go, then slowly start to raise it back to around 1.021. Its a FOWLR tank so that should bew a good salinity to keep them at. Thanks to all who answered me and helped out
