Just thought I would update you all with the progress of my fish, its been about 2 months since i got them so seeing some nice growth, unfortunately with a 3' wide footprint it makes it hard to take photos cause all the fish do is move so much :P
so unfortunately I only have pictures of a few fish but here we go

Red devil, This guy rules the tank he chases the others to keep his status as the boss in check.

Green terror - slowly growing but still very aggressive, he was stressed when I took the picure because all the fish crammed over to me to be "fed" and started scrapping. Normally he is less dark and just purely coloured.

ptychochromis's - kind of like large dithers, very peaceful and interesting to watch

also not pictured is Champsochromis caeruleus and chocolate cichlid
 
they all look good.how is the chocolate working out with all of them? is he bullied? they are great i hope he can work for you in that group
 
Thanks guys for your kind words and good to hear that finally I know he is a Bifa, I got him as a sysnpilum but It was pretty obvious he wasn't one.

and Virgil, The chocolate is absolutely fine. he just keeps out of the others way nobody even bothers him. he eats loads at feeding time though, hes growing well.
the tank is 5x3(wide)x2 so they don't really confront each other all that much and there is a pack of 8 3" columbian tetras in there for them to target.
