22-24" silver (witch was less camera shy) it is bulking up faster then it is adding inches now...now that it is pushing the 24" mark any thoughts on the sex...i know it is almost impossible to tell, but i think it is a female...

thanx, i originally was thinking male due to the beak, as the few confermed females(autopsies, egg laying vids) on here lack the beak...i have heard that males tend to have the lower jaw over extended and it seems to get PMS...lol...thus my confustion...
the scar on the jar it had back at the store when it was 3" or so and not as "bulky" it does look better but it is more noticable now that it is darker...

this silver ate its own barbel a while ago with no sighn of regrowth...i might prick the barbel, but idk...it also jumped out around the 10" mark was on the floor for about 8 min was mostly dead, couldn't sit upright, couldn't breath right, most of the peck streamers were gone(even to mid fin), one eye was clouded and dry...i held it face first into a power head i had in for about an hour...then it started to swim on its own...was shy for most of the time after that and layed on the bottom for most of the days....got DE after the jump...now back to itself...

thanx, the camera doesn't catch the green in it...as it hasn't lost any green from the young aro...you can kinda see it in the last photo and the pink is strong also....it grew fast...march 1 it will be a year old...i got it at 3"
