The bass are getting huge I pretty much just have to take full tank shots now LOL :naughty:


I sadly had to sell my arro to make room for these pigs and because they where beating the crap out of him:(

This is my new addition to my DIY filter tank, A fahaka puffer he is only about 3 inches long but very cool and has a great personality which comes out more every day

beautiful.what your filter look like?how do you also use that as a tank.?can i see pics.btw beautiful pb and cute puffer.i want a spotted brackish puffer.im getting a 55 gallon and getting 5 spotted brackish puffers.
 
Here is a Pic it is a very simple but efficient way to filter a smaller tank :)


Basically the tank water overflows through holes i drilled onto the filter media and is pushed back into the swimming part of the tank by a powerhead.

This tank cycled very quickly and ammonia has been 0 ever since :D

If you want more details I will be posting a DIY thread soon including costs ect...
 
The bass are in the 10-12 inch range the fahaka is all by himself I would not want to see what he would do to a tank mate :nilly: :eek:
