Update on my marbled con

Hi guys thought I'd give you an update, he went to a friends for a few months but has come back and is now in a 30 gal on his own, iv done my best to have a riverbed feel. I do have a question tho, my friends albino male is younger then mine and twice the size, at a rough guess I would say mine is around 3-3.5" and is around 8 months old, will he get bigger? My friends one is only like 5 months old and looks massive compared to mine.

Are u sure about the age? Whered u get ur con? If he is older than your friends con then he might be stunted. Or it could also be in the genes.

Ive had a pair of marbled cons that spawned and a pair of black x pink con that spawned a day after. The fry were fed at the same time and i fed them the same thing. The black x pink con spawn grew way faster. They doubled in size compared to my marbled spawn in a week after free swimming.

Is that ur con in the pic?

im still working on my calico con project, interesting stuff you guys have an pics of your stuff growing out japbart
 
What do you feed him? That can be a factor too. When my marbled pair spawned only the female would eat and the male would eat seldomly. He would ignore pellets and only ate bloodworms. He probably ate some fry too. Now my female is bigger than him.
