I sold most of them off, but kept a few of what I thought were the best of the bunch. This guy is starting to look pretty sweet, and it’s only 2.5” with this much color
I’m still not sure on the type since it came from a mixed tank

If the ventral/pelvic fins are blood red, than it is probably Aulonocara Cobue. If they are blue, with a hint of orange stomach, it is probably Aulonocara Mbenji. If they have a bit of yellow they are probably Aulonocara Masoni. They all get about 4-6”
Of course, there is always the strong likelihood these days that they are actually Aulonocara Mongreli.

Edit: Sorry, that last one is a joke. A dog of uncertain parentage is called a mongrel. A cichlid of mixed breeding is Africanus Assortedi or maybe Aulonocara Mongelli
