Thought I'd post a few new pics of my two 4ft tanks.
First is my mixed cichlid tank. Filtered by a eheim 2217 & a small hang on glass internal(unsure of brand or model). 2 x 300w fluval heaters and my DIY led lighting with moonlighting. Tank has been running for a approx 10 months.
Stock is,
1 x female convict
2 x pseudotropheus elongatus
2 x pseudotropheus demasoni
2 x tropheops sp chilumba
2 x pseudotropheus cyaneus
4 x sciaenochromis fryer I - electric blues
2 x labidochromis caeruleus - lab yellows
2 x pundamilia sp. Crimson tide
1 x metriaclima greshakei
I got all the stock apart from the con from a local breeder. All were around 2cm mark, apart from greshakei - it was full size.
My second tank is a cold water, planted Aussie native. Filtered by a single AC110.
Single occupant a a Murray Cod - maccullochella peelii. Have had this tank for almost 2 years. Got the cod at 4cms and is now 20cms.
